Job Overview
The Brand Activation Specialist will play a pivotal role in translating brand strategy into compelling, on‑ground experiences that drive consumer engagement and sales growth. Working closely with the Marketing Communications team, trade partners, and event agencies, you will design, execute, and evaluate activation programs that bring the Coca‑Cola brand to life across retail, hospitality, and community venues throughout Tunisia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception, enhance market share, and contribute to the overall success of the beverage portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated brand activation plans aligned with national marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with sales, distribution, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of in‑store promotions, sampling events, and experiential marketing activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and event partners, negotiating contracts and overseeing deliverables.
- Monitor activation performance metrics, analyze data, and produce post‑event reports to assess ROI and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging visual assets, point‑of‑sale materials, and digital content for activation campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and health & safety standards during all activation activities.
- Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to recommend innovative activation concepts.
Required Skills
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for interfacing with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Creative thinking and a passion for experiential marketing that captivates diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Fluency in Arabic, French, and English to effectively engage with local and international teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in brand management or event planning are considered an advantage.
Experience
Applicants should possess 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in brand activation, experiential marketing, or trade marketing within the FMCG sector. Prior exposure to the beverage industry or working with multinational brands is highly desirable.
Salary
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 2,500 SSP to 3,500 SSP, complemented by performance‑based bonuses, health insurance, and other employee benefits.
