Job Overview

LEONI Wiring Systems Tunisia is hiring a Project Controller / Financial Controller to oversee project financial performance, budgeting, and profitability analysis. This role is ideal for professionals seeking financial controlling jobs in Tunisia within the automotive manufacturing and engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

Project Controlling & Financial Analysis

  • Manage project performance measurement and financial tracking
  • Handle cost calculations from RFQ (Request for Quotation) to EOP (End of Production)
  • Analyze project profitability, margins, and financial risks
  • Report provisions and flag potential financial losses
  • Consolidate project P&L statements into account-level reporting

Business Partnering & Coordination

  • Act as a business partner to project managers and accounting teams
  • Provide insights on financial risks, cost optimization, and margin improvement
  • Support margin booster initiatives and financial decision-making
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and controlling departments

Planning & Reporting

  • Support project-based budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Maintain and enhance calculation tools, financial models, and methodologies
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company standards

Process & System Development

  • Develop and maintain standard calculation parameters and tools
  • Improve financial controlling systems and reporting infrastructure
  • Act as a key interface between accounting, controlling, and operations teams

Job Requirements

Education

  • University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial controlling or project finance
  • Experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • High level of organization, resilience, and adaptability
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and cross-functional environment

Languages

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1 level required)
