About this Position. The Financial Controller will support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive performance and ensure financial compliance. What you’ll do1. Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Assist in monthly ,quarterly and annual closings, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission across legal entities.
• Assist in preparing monthly forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans
• Monitor actual performance vs. budget and provide variance analysis
• Responsible of functions planning , reporting management and handle any financial related tasks
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide financial inputs2. Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to support decision-making3. Process Improvement and Compliance:
• Contribute to the improvement of Finance processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesWhat makes you a good fit
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 3 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Financial Analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
