Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic E-commerce Logistics Optimization Manager to join our operations team in Nabeul. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end logistics strategies to optimize last-mile delivery performance.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop predictive models for inventory movement to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce operational costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, delivery speed, and return rates.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce fulfillment models and last-mile logistics.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in cross-functional team leadership.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus.

Education

A Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required. Candidates with advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, specifically within the e-commerce or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors. Proven track record of managing large-scale logistics operations and driving process improvements is essential.
