Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for wind farm developments, including feasibility studies, permitting, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.
  • Manage relationships with local authorities, landowners, utilities, and community stakeholders to secure permits and maintain positive engagement.
  • Monitor project performance metrics, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management and investors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations throughout the project.
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and claim management to protect project profitability.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities with a proven track record of delivering complex renewable energy projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data analysis tools.
  • In‑depth knowledge of wind turbine technology, grid integration, and local regulatory frameworks.

  • Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

Education

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline is required. Experience
