Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Guest Services team to achieve superior guest satisfaction scores.
- Develop and implement service standards, SOPs, and training programs aligned with Marriott’s brand guidelines.
- Monitor guest feedback across multiple channels, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports for senior management, and recommend strategic enhancements.
- Manage staffing schedules, recruitment, and performance evaluations for the Guest Services department.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, safety, and sustainability throughout all guest interactions.
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, fluent in Arabic, French, and English.

Education
