Business Analyst Tester (Domain: Finance)

The IT team is responsible for developing all websites and contributes its expertise to the Group’s major IT projects.
A pioneer in the Tunisian market, ODDO BHF Tunis is expanding into other business lines and aims to increase its workforce as part of the Group’s growth.
Job Description

Assignment :

To ensure a consistently high level of quality throughout the life of our products, we are looking for a QA Tester to perform quality assurance and quality control, in-depth needs analysis, understanding of existing specifications and functional support to development teams.

The candidate will be required to work within the team and interact with different departments within the group to learn about our solutions:

• Analyze the specifications written by the BAs
• Write up test plans and scenarios
• Detect product failures and anomalies and be able to reproduce, understand and describe them using developer tools.
• Participate in the automation of non-regression tests
• Participate in the implementation of performance and load testing
• Participate in the preparation for production deployment, regression testing, and “Sanity Checks”
• Participate in the implementation of the quality assurance and quality control strategy and processes.

Profile and skills sought

Profile :

• Good knowledge of the functional area in Financial Markets (asset management) and the functions of the middle and back office of investment banks:

1. Financial instrument management (Stocks, Bonds, UCITS, Corporate Actions)
2. Financial transaction processing
3. Order processing up to and including payment and delivery
4. Portfolio management
5. Passive foreign exchange management

• Desired knowledge:
  • Software quality control
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • ISTQB Training
• Have a good level of French and English (spoken and written).
• Demonstrate autonomy and patience;
• To be technically proficient enough to understand the problems identified during testing, in order to transcribe them as accurately as possible;
• Be diplomatic in your feedback.
