Job Overview
The Construction Project Controls Analyst will play a pivotal role in monitoring, reporting, and optimizing project performance for Vinci Construction’s portfolio in Tunisia. Working closely with project managers, engineers, and finance teams, you will ensure that schedules, budgets, and resources are accurately tracked and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.

- Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with site engineers to collect accurate data on labor, materials, and equipment usage.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Support the preparation of change order documentation and budget revisions.
- Ensure compliance with Vinci’s internal controls and local regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in project control software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction documents.

Education
