Job Overview

The Urban Planning Analyst will support the Urban Development Department in creating, evaluating, and monitoring comprehensive land‑use plans, zoning regulations, and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct spatial analysis using GIS to assess land suitability, growth patterns, and environmental constraints.
• Develop and update master plans, zoning ordinances, and development guidelines for Kasserine municipality.
• Prepare technical reports, policy briefs, and presentation materials for senior officials and public hearings.
• Coordinate with inter‑departmental teams to integrate transportation, utilities, and housing strategies into cohesive urban frameworks.
• Monitor implementation of approved projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.

Education

Experience

Salary
