Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze current supply chain processes and identify opportunities for optimization using Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve inventory turnover, reduce lead times, and enhance order fulfillment accuracy.
  • Collaborate with transportation and warehousing teams to design cost‑effective routing and loading strategies.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects that integrate technology solutions such as WMS, TMS, and IoT sensors.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior analysts and operational staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, customs requirements, and DHL’s global standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with supply chain planning software (e.g., SAP SCM, Oracle SCM).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management expertise, preferably with PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Education

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications such as MSc in Logistics, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt are highly desirable.

Experience
