Job Overview
Join our team in Kairouan to coordinate smart infrastructure projects that integrate cutting-edge technology with traditional construction methods. This role focuses on developing sustainable urban solutions that align with Tunisia’s Vision 2030 goals for modernized infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of smart infrastructure projects including smart grids, intelligent transportation systems, and eco-friendly building designs
- Collaborate with municipal authorities, urban planners, and technology providers to implement IoT-enabled infrastructure solutions
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and compliance with international construction standards
- Conduct feasibility studies for smart city initiatives in Kairouan and surrounding regions
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during project execution
Required Skills
- Proven experience in smart infrastructure project management
- Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of sustainable construction practices and smart city technologies
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze technical data and prepare project reports
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field. Advanced certifications in Smart Infrastructure Management are preferred.
Experience
3-5 years in infrastructure project coordination, with at least 1 year in smart city or sustainable construction projects.
Salary
1,200 – 1,800 TND/month, commensurate with experience and project complexity.
