Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage smart infrastructure projects, including solar-powered urban systems and IoT-enabled construction solutions
- Collaborate with municipal authorities and stakeholders to align projects with regional development goals
- Conduct feasibility studies for infrastructure upgrades in remote Tunisian communities
- Implement safety protocols and sustainability standards across construction sites
- Coordinate with technology partners for smart grid integration and digital monitoring systems
Required Skills
- Expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) software and smart city planning tools
- Strong understanding of renewable energy integration in construction
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
- Fluency in Arabic and French for cross-cultural collaboration
- Experience with public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Smart Infrastructure. Advanced degrees in Sustainable Construction or Digital Engineering preferred.
Experience
3-5 years in infrastructure development projects, with a focus on smart city technologies and sustainable construction practices. Experience in North African markets is a significant advantage.
Salary
1,200 – 1,800 TND/month, commensurate with experience and project impact.
