Job Overview
The Risk Management Analyst will join the Risk Management Department to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks that could impact the bank’s profitability and regulatory compliance. Working closely with senior risk officers, the analyst will develop risk models, conduct stress testing, and produce comprehensive risk reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze credit, market, and operational risk exposures using quantitative methods.
- Develop and maintain risk assessment models and dashboards.
- Conduct regular stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts.
- Prepare detailed risk reports for senior management and regulatory submissions.
- Collaborate with business units to implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor compliance with Basel III and local regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development of risk policies and procedures.

- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, Python) and Excel.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as FRM or CFA are highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Experience
Applicants should have 3 to 5 years of experience in risk analysis, credit risk, market risk, or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry. Experience with regulatory reporting and familiarity with Basel III standards is preferred.
Salary
