Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Information Technology, or related field

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or digital transformation projects
  • Proven expertise in the banking and financial services sector
  • Experience managing complex projects and consulting teams

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial systems, and market trends
  • Expertise in information systems (SI) architecture and transformation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work independently with strong time and resource management skills

Certifications & Languages

  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
