Job Overview
The Digital Twin Integration Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of digital twin solutions for manufacturing clients across Tunisia. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their processes, translate requirements into technical specifications, and implement end‑to‑end digital twin models using Dassault Systèmes’ 3DEXPERIENCE platform. This role is pivotal in delivering value‑added services that enable real‑time monitoring, simulation, and optimization of physical assets, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and reducing downtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client manufacturing processes and define digital twin architecture aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and configure 3DEXPERIENCE models, simulations, and dashboards to represent physical assets digitally.
- Integrate IoT data streams, sensor inputs, and ERP systems into digital twin environments.
- Conduct validation tests, performance tuning, and iterative improvements based on client feedback.
- Provide technical guidance and training to client engineering teams on digital twin usage and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software developers, data analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Document solution designs, implementation steps, and maintenance procedures.
- Stay current with emerging technologies in digital twins, AI, and Industry 4.0 to propose innovative enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in PLM platforms, preferably Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for data integration.
- Experience with IoT protocols, OPC-UA, MQTT, and real‑time data acquisition.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment lifecycle, and predictive maintenance concepts.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
- Project management experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in PLM, IoT, or digital twin technologies are highly desirable and will be considered an asset during the selection process.
Experience
Candidates should have at least five years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing digital twin solutions or similar PLM projects in a manufacturing environment. Prior exposure to the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, industrial automation, or smart factory initiatives will significantly strengthen your application.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from SSP 3,500 to SSP 5,000 per month, commensurate with experience, expertise, and performance. In addition to the base salary, a performance‑based bonus structure is available, reflecting the impact of your contributions on client success and company growth.
