Job Overview
The Digital Transformation Consultant will work closely with clients to design, implement and optimize digital strategies that enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client business processes and identify digital improvement opportunities.
- Develop tailored digital transformation roadmaps that incorporate emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing and IoT.
- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Design and prototype solution architectures, collaborating with technical teams to validate feasibility.
- Oversee implementation phases, monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide change management support, including training, communication plans and adoption metrics.
- Measure and report on the impact of digital initiatives, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and data visualization software.

Education
