Job Overview

The Digital Transformation Consultant will work closely with clients to design, implement and optimize digital strategies that enhance business performance. This role involves assessing current processes, recommending technology solutions, and guiding change management initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of client business processes and identify digital improvement opportunities.
  • Develop tailored digital transformation roadmaps that incorporate emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing and IoT.
  • Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Design and prototype solution architectures, collaborating with technical teams to validate feasibility.
  • Oversee implementation phases, monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Provide change management support, including training, communication plans and adoption metrics.
  • Measure and report on the impact of digital initiatives, delivering insights that drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, and data visualization software.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in digital transformation and innovation.

Education

Salary
