Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end digital banking solutions, including mobile and online platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance our digital banking offerings.
• Lead the implementation of cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS or Azure to optimize infrastructure and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and security protocols specific to the banking industry in Tunisia.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Conduct system performance analysis and optimization to maintain high availability and reliability of digital services.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, design patterns, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in software architecture design, with experience in microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js, and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Understanding of financial systems, payment gateways, and banking regulations in Tunisia.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for project management.

Education

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Additional certifications in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) or financial technology are highly desirable.

Experience

5-8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused on digital banking or financial services. Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale digital platforms is essential.
