Job Overview

This role is part of Sanofi’s expanding clinical research division in Sousse, a hub for pharmaceutical innovation in North Africa. The Clinical Research Associate will support the design, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials for new drug therapies, ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical trial activities, including site selection, protocol development, and data collection.
  • Monitor trial sites to ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Analyze trial data and prepare comprehensive reports for regulatory submissions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and statistical departments.
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain trial timelines and budgets.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical development.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R).
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Knowledge of ICH-GCP regulations and FDA/EMA guidelines.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and French/English preferred.

Education

  • Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Certification in Clinical Research (CCRA) is an asset.

Experience

  • 2-5 years in pharmaceutical research or clinical trial coordination.
  • Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems like Medidata Rave.

Salary

120,000 – 180,000 TND annually, commensurate with experience.
