Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain system integration plans, ensuring alignment with aircraft program schedules.
- Coordinate interface definition and verification activities between avionics, propulsion, and structural teams.
- Lead integration testing, analyze results, and drive corrective actions to meet performance criteria.
- Prepare technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and test reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to resolve integration issues and ensure compliance with Airbus standards.
- Support certification activities by providing evidence of system compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Systems Engineering department.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of aerospace system architecture, avionics, and propulsion integration.
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink and SysML.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical mindset.
- Effective communication skills in English; French is an advantage.
- Experience with configuration management and requirements traceability.
- Ability to work in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE Systems Engineering) will be given preference.
Experience
