Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently
• Prepare payment proposals and ensure timely supplier payments

• Work closely with internal business partners to improve invoicing processes
• Support supplier account management and accounts payable operations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is advantageous

• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Administration, Supplier Management, or Customer Service
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• ERP system experience such as SAP, Asterix, or Atlas is considered an advantage
• Strong numerical and accounting skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
