Job Overview

DEVAID Limited, in consortium with the European Training Foundation (ETF), has launched a Framework Agreement (2025–2029) to provide Human Capital Development (HCD) expertise services. As part of this initiative, an Expert Pool is being created to support ETF projects across partner countries.

The European Training Foundation (ETF) is an EU agency supporting countries outside the EU in improving human capital development in line with EU external relations policies.

Purpose of the Expert Pool

The Expert Pool ensures qualified professionals are available for ETF assignments when needed. Experts may be engaged to:

  • Provide technical input for ETF projects
  • Support policy advice and strategic guidance
  • Contribute to research, studies, and knowledge products
  • Participate in national, regional, and cross-regional initiatives

Note: Inclusion in the pool does not guarantee assignment but increases visibility for relevant opportunities.
