Job Overview

The Renewable Energy Project Finance Analyst will play a pivotal role in structuring, evaluating, and monitoring the financial aspects of ENGIE’s renewable energy projects in Tunisia. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for new and existing renewable energy projects, incorporating capital expenditures, operating costs, revenue streams, and financing structures.
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market analysis, regulatory review, and risk assessment, to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment memoranda, pitch decks, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with legal and tax advisors to structure optimal financing packages, including debt, equity, and grant funding.
  • Monitor project financial performance post‑investment, tracking key metrics, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Support senior finance leadership in negotiating term sheets, loan agreements, and partnership contracts.
  • Stay abreast of Tunisia Jobs market trends, renewable energy policies, and financing mechanisms to provide strategic insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements for the Finance & Project Development department.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or specialized software (e.g., @RISK, PVSyst).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non‑technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, market dynamics, and Tunisian regulatory frameworks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.

Education
