Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed geological mapping and sampling of ore bodies to define mineral boundaries.
• Develop and maintain complex 3D geological models using Leapfrog or Micromine software.
• Supervise core logging and drilling operations to ensure high-quality data acquisition.
• Collaborate with the mine planning team to optimize pit designs and reduce dilution.
• Perform statistical analysis of assay data to estimate resource tonnage and grade.
• Ensure all exploration activities comply with international safety and environmental standards.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports for stakeholders regarding resource viability.

Required Skills

• Expertise in structural geology and mineralogy specific to phosphate or metallic deposits.
• Proficiency in geological modeling software and GIS tools (ArcGIS, QGIS).
