Job Overview

The FinTech Product Manager will lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital banking products, from ideation through launch and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with BIAT’s digital transformation goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Prioritize features and create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with agile development teams to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to guarantee regulatory adherence and data security.
• Develop go‑to‑market plans, pricing models, and performance metrics.
• Monitor product performance post‑launch, analyze KPIs, and iterate based on user feedback.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops and stakeholder presentations to secure buy‑in and resources.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of FinTech ecosystems, digital payments, and mobile banking platforms.
• Proven product management experience in financial services or technology.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.

Education

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is required. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of five years of product management experience, preferably within a FinTech startup, digital bank, or financial services technology division. Demonstrated success in launching digital products that achieve measurable business outcomes.

Salary

The compensation package ranges from SSP 4,500 to SSP 6,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based bonuses and benefits are included.
