Job Overview
The E‑Commerce Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for orchestrating end‑to‑end logistics operations for Amazon’s online marketplace in Tunisia. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders to resolve any shipping discrepancies or delays.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal stock accuracy.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose process enhancements to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with the warehouse operations team to streamline picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local customs regulations, safety standards, and Amazon’s operational policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on shipment status, inventory health, and key performance indicators to senior management.
- Support the implementation of automation tools and technology solutions to boost productivity.
