Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor AgriTech projects, including smart irrigation systems and precision farming tools.
• Collaborate with local farmers, agricultural cooperatives, and technology providers to implement scalable solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new AgriTech innovations.
• Ensure compliance with national and international agricultural standards.
• Prepare project reports and present findings to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in project management within agriculture or AgriTech sectors.
• Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and digital agriculture tools.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership abilities.

• Fluency in Arabic and French is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agronomy, or related field.
• Advanced certifications in AgriTech or Project Management (PMP) are advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in agricultural project management or AgriTech implementation.
• Previous work in Tunisia or North Africa is preferred.

Salary

120,000 – 150,000 TND per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
