Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve monthly and annual production targets.
• Monitor and control mining processes to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and field staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
• Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
• Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize operational expenditures.
• Ensure accurate reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies, maintaining transparency and data integrity.
• Represent CPG in stakeholder meetings, community outreach, and industry conferences to promote best practices and corporate responsibility.

Required Skills
