Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational plans to achieve monthly and annual production targets.
- Monitor and control mining processes to ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, and field staff, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize operational expenditures.
- Ensure accurate reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies, maintaining transparency and data integrity.
- Represent CPG in stakeholder meetings, community outreach, and industry conferences to promote best practices and corporate responsibility.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities with a focus on safety culture.
- Proficiency in mining software such as MineSight, Surpac, or similar platforms.

Education
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Experience
Candidates must possess at least five years of progressive experience in mining operations, preferably within phosphate or similar mineral extraction environments. Salary
