Job Overview

The AI Ethics Officer will lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of ethical frameworks for artificial intelligence solutions deployed by Microsoft Tunisia. Working closely with product teams, legal counsel, and external stakeholders, the officer ensures that AI systems are transparent, fair, and compliant with local regulations and international best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI ethical guidelines aligned with Microsoft’s Responsible AI Standard and Tunisian regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments for AI projects, identifying potential bias, privacy concerns, and societal impacts.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to embed ethical considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Provide training and workshops for internal teams on AI ethics, fairness, and transparency.
• Engage with external regulators, NGOs, and academic partners to stay abreast of emerging standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior leadership on compliance status and ethical performance.

Required Skills

• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, data governance, and ethical frameworks.

Education

Experience
