Job Overview
The E‑Commerce Product Manager will lead the development and optimization of Carrefour’s online product portfolio, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers across web and mobile platforms. Reporting to the Head of Digital Commerce, the role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, analyzing market trends, and driving product initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Carrefour’s e‑commerce platform, prioritizing features based on customer insights and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Tunisian retail market.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketing teams to deliver high‑quality product releases on schedule.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction, and implement data‑driven improvements.
- Manage product backlog, write clear user stories, and ensure alignment with agile development processes.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain partners to optimize product availability and delivery performance.
- Engage with vendors and third‑party service providers to integrate new functionalities and expand the product ecosystem.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of e‑commerce platforms, digital product lifecycle, and online retail best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product backlog management.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies.
- Fluency in French and Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
Education
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Candidates with a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a specialized e‑commerce program will be given preference.
Experience
Applicants should have 3‑5 years of proven experience in product management within an e‑commerce or digital retail environment. Experience in the Tunisian market or similar emerging markets is highly valued.
Salary
The compensation package ranges from 3000 to 5000 SSP per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional performance‑based bonuses may be offered.
