Job Overview

Accenture Tunisia seeks a Smart Retail Solutions Consultant to design and deploy next-generation retail technologies for clients in the Tunisian market. This role combines strategic thinking with technical expertise to optimize retail operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive profitability. The position is based in Bizerte, a growing hub for digital innovation in North Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement smart retail solutions, including AI-driven inventory systems and IoT-enabled store analytics.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify digital transformation opportunities in retail operations and customer experience.
  • Lead workshops to train retail teams on new technologies and best practices.
  • Analyze market trends to recommend scalable, cost-effective digital strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing IT infrastructure.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in retail technology consulting or digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI, IoT, and data analytics applications in retail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced certifications in digital transformation or retail analytics are advantageous.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in retail technology, digital consulting, or related fields. Prior projects in North Africa or the Middle East are preferred.

Salary
