  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs including utilization, project margins, backlog velocity, and customer success metrics
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, manage support tickets, and provide timely resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal departments including IT, Finance, RevOps, and Professional Services teams
  • Develop process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and user support resources
  • Optimize end-to-end business processes within Salesforce and Cloud Coach environments
  • Translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Train end users on workflows, dashboards, and newly implemented system features
  • Identify automation opportunities that improve productivity and reduce manual processes

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of Salesforce administration experience within SaaS, Professional Services, or CX organizations
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Cloud Coach or similar Professional Services automation tools
  • Strong understanding of Professional Services delivery models including forecasting, billing, utilization, and resource planning
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lightning reporting, dashboards, custom objects, flows, and automation
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and workflows
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving international environment
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
