Job Overview

Rio Tinto Tunisia is seeking a dedicated Mining Safety and Risk Management Specialist to lead safety initiatives at its Mahdia operations. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety protocols aligned with international mining regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, CMIOSH) are advantageous.

Experience

3-5 years of experience in mining safety roles, preferably in open-pit or underground mining environments. Experience with safety audits, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Salary
