Job Overview
The Insurance Underwriting Analyst will play a pivotal role in evaluating risk, pricing policies, and supporting the underwriting team in delivering tailored insurance solutions to clients across Tunisia. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze insurance applications, assess risk exposure, and determine appropriate pricing structures.
- Collaborate with underwriters, actuaries, and sales teams to develop customized insurance solutions.
- Maintain and update underwriting guidelines in line with regulatory changes and market trends.
- Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior underwriting managers.
- Utilize underwriting software and data analytics tools to improve decision‑making efficiency.
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging risk patterns, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the implementation of digital underwriting platforms and process automation initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with underwriting software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic, French, and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Knowledge of Tunisian insurance regulations and market dynamics.

Education
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is required. Professional certifications such as Chartered Insurance Analyst (CIA) or equivalent are advantageous but not mandatory.
Experience

Salary
