Key Duties and Responsibilities (JD)

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Responding promptly to requests from guests and other hotel departments.
• Filling housekeeping carts with required supplies and transporting them to assigned work areas.
• Entering guest rooms while following approved access procedures and confirming vacancy status before entry.
• Replacing guest amenities and replenishing room supplies.
• Removing dirty linens, towels, and replacing them with clean materials.
• Making beds and properly arranging room furnishings.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms according to hygiene standards.
• Removing garbage, used linen, and room service materials from rooms.

• Dusting, polishing, and removing stains from walls, furniture, and room surfaces.
• Vacuuming carpets and conducting floor care duties in guest rooms and hallways.
