Job Purpose

The Facilities Management Country Head will oversee all day-to-day operational aspects of Citigroup’s facilities and property portfolio within Tunisia while ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational continuity.

This role requires expertise in building systems management, asset management, energy efficiency, procurement, facilities maintenance, vendor coordination, health and safety, compliance monitoring, and property operations leadership.

Key Job Responsibilities

Facilities and Building Operations Management

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage the daily operational activities of Citigroup corporate premises.
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain operational standards.
  • Oversee preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures and improve efficiency.

Asset and Property Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an Asset Management Strategy for Citi’s property portfolio.
  • Managing property assets aligned with business objectives.
