Job Overview
The Customer Success Manager will play a vital role in improving customer engagement, adoption, retention, and satisfaction across low- and medium-tier accounts. The successful candidate will work directly with customers, helping them improve their operational efficiency while supporting cross-sell and upsell opportunities through strategic account engagement.
This role combines customer relationship management, business reviews, digital engagement, technical enablement, analytics, and account growth strategies to ensure long-term customer success.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular Customer Business Reviews (CBRs) with clients and translate business data into meaningful outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships by understanding customer goals, operational challenges, and performance expectations.
- Act as the main point of contact for low- and medium-tier customer accounts.
Product Adoption & Customer Success
- Present new product features, roadmap updates, and performance metrics to customers.
- Support customers in maximizing the use of Medius products and services.
- Encourage stronger platform adoption and customer engagement.
Account Growth & Commercial Support
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional modules and services.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to support customer expansion strategies.
- Recognize customer pain points and propose practical solutions.
Customer Health Monitoring
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction indicators.
- Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate mitigation plans with internal teams.
- Improve retention through proactive engagement strategies.
Digital Enablement & Training
- Create and deliver FAQs, webinars, tutorials, knowledge resources, and best-practice guides.
- Drive customer education through scalable Tech Touch and self-service initiatives.
- Support one-to-many communication campaigns to improve engagement.
Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Share customer feedback to support improvements in products, services, and internal processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, support, and product departments.
