Job Overview

The Solar Project Development Manager will lead the end‑to‑end development of utility‑scale solar projects from site identification through to financial close and handover. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prospective solar sites based on resource potential, grid connectivity, and land availability.
• Conduct feasibility studies, including technical, financial, and environmental assessments.
• Lead the preparation of project proposals, power purchase agreements, and financing models.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) partners to develop detailed project schedules.
• Manage permitting processes, ensuring compliance with national and regional regulations.
• Engage with local authorities, landowners, and community stakeholders to secure land use agreements and foster positive relationships.
• Oversee risk analysis and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and investors.

Required Skills

Education

Salary
