Job Overview
The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the visual strategy for Zara’s Ben Arous store, ensuring that product presentation aligns with brand standards and drives sales performance. This role involves collaborating with store teams, buying departments, and regional visual directors to create compelling window displays, floor layouts, and promotional installations that resonate with local customers while adhering to global brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seasonal visual merchandising concepts that reflect Zara’s brand identity and local market preferences.

- Collaborate with the buying team to ensure product placement supports promotional strategies and inventory turnover goals.
- Analyze sales performance and foot traffic data to adjust visual layouts for optimal conversion rates.
- Train and mentor store staff on visual standards, presentation techniques, and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials, ensuring timely replenishment and cost‑effective usage.
- Coordinate with regional visual directors to align local execution with global campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging fashion trends to keep Zara’s visual approach fresh and competitive.
