Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and business plans of corporate borrowers.
- Assess industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and macro‑economic factors influencing credit risk.
- Prepare comprehensive credit memorandums that include risk rating, loan structure, and mitigation strategies.
- Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee and respond to queries during the approval process.
- Monitor existing loan portfolios, conduct periodic reviews, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with relationship managers to identify new lending opportunities and cross‑sell banking products.
- Ensure compliance with BIAT’s credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records in the bank’s credit management system and generate regular performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.

Education
