Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and business plans of corporate borrowers.
• Assess industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and macro‑economic factors influencing credit risk.
• Prepare comprehensive credit memorandums that include risk rating, loan structure, and mitigation strategies.
• Present credit proposals to the Credit Committee and respond to queries during the approval process.
• Monitor existing loan portfolios, conduct periodic reviews, and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate with relationship managers to identify new lending opportunities and cross‑sell banking products.
• Ensure compliance with BIAT’s credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records in the bank’s credit management system and generate regular performance reports.
