Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Systems Designer to join our specialized R&D division in Medenine. This role is critical to our product development lifecycle, focusing on the design, simulation, and optimization of advanced hydraulic circuits used in heavy-duty construction machinery. The successful candidate will work on cutting-edge technology, ensuring that our machines provide maximum power density and energy efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex hydraulic circuits for heavy machinery using advanced CAD software.
  • Perform detailed hydraulic simulations and performance modeling to validate system efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, procurement, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) on hydraulic components to ensure reliability.
  • Select appropriate hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, and actuators based on system requirements.
  • Oversee prototype testing and provide technical feedback for design iterations.

Required Skills

  • Expertise in hydraulic circuit design and fluid power principles.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks) and hydraulic simulation tools (e.g., Amesim, Simcenter).
  • Strong understanding of material science as it relates to high-pressure fluid systems.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical modeling capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.

Education

A Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or a closely related engineering discipline is mandatory. Candidates with a PhD and specialized research in hydraulic systems will be given preference.

Experience

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in hydraulic system design within the heavy machinery or industrial equipment sector is required. Proven experience in simulation-driven design is highly desirable.

Salary

The annual compensation package for this position ranges from 450,000 SSP to 620,000 SSP, depending on experience and technical expertise.
