Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Farm Project Manager to lead our flagship project in Sfax, Tunisia. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning and development through construction and commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marine engineering and renewable energy projects, with proven leadership in managing complex, large-scale initiatives. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the offshore wind farm project within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, environmental, legal, and community relations.
• Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, local communities, and international partners.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Oversee procurement, contracting, and supplier management for project components.
• Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
