Job Overview

This role coordinates the production of high-quality multimedia content for international distribution. The ideal candidate will manage editorial workflows, collaborate with journalists, and ensure technical and creative excellence in all outputs. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end production of video, audio, and digital content for broadcast and online platforms
  • Coordinate with reporters, editors, and technical teams to meet deadlines and editorial standards
  • Manage equipment inventory, scheduling, and maintenance for production tools
  • Implement quality control processes for audio-visual outputs
  • Develop production timelines and budgets for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with international teams on cross-border media initiatives

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, and Final Cut Pro
  • Strong understanding of broadcast standards and digital media formats
  • Excellent project management and time management abilities
  • Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency a plus
  • Experience with live production workflows and remote broadcasting
  • Knowledge of media rights and ethical journalism practices

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Journalism, or related field. Advanced certification in digital media production is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum 2 years in media production roles, preferably in broadcast or digital news environments. Experience with international media collaborations is preferred.

Salary

4,200 – 5,500 Tunisian Dinars per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
