Job Overview

This role involves designing, optimizing, and implementing energy storage systems integrated with renewable energy sources. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable solutions for grid stability, battery storage efficiency, and smart energy distribution. The position is based in Kairouan, a hub for Tunisia’s renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and model energy storage systems for integration with wind and solar energy projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses for battery storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Optimize energy storage performance through data analysis and simulation tools.
  • Provide technical support during installation, testing, and maintenance phases.
  • Stay updated on advancements in energy storage technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in energy storage technologies (lithium-ion, flow batteries, etc.).
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and energy modeling tools (HOMER, MATLAB).
  • Strong analytical skills for system performance evaluation.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.

Education
