Requirements:
- Recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- French language skills are considered an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Passion for technology and customer support services
- Ability to work effectively in an international and remote-first work environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities efficiently
- Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally
- Basic understanding of computing, storage, networking, or peripheral systems is a plus
