Job Overview
Adwya is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical operations, ensure smooth workflow management, and support production efficiency within the healthcare manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will coordinate operational planning, optimize resources, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily pharmaceutical and healthcare operational activities.
- Supervise production schedules and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
- Monitor pharmaceutical inventory, stock levels, and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, pharmaceutical, and GMP operational standards.
- Lead process optimization initiatives to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

- Maintain accurate operational reports, KPIs, and business performance records.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to implement operational strategies and improvements.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Pharmaceutical Studies, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or industrial management.
- Strong understanding of operations planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, and pharmaceutical compliance.
- Experience working in healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.
