Job Overview

Adwya is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical operations, ensure smooth workflow management, and support production efficiency within the healthcare manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will coordinate operational planning, optimize resources, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pharmaceutical and healthcare operational activities.
• Supervise production schedules and operational workflows to ensure efficiency.

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in operations, healthcare administration, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or industrial management.
• Strong understanding of operations planning, inventory control, logistics coordination, and pharmaceutical compliance.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharma, manufacturing, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
