Position Overview

MPT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives, drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand market presence across Tunisia and regional markets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management, business development, key account management, B2B sales, retail sales, customer acquisition, strategic planning, market expansion, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
  • Expand market share within existing and new customer segments.
  • Drive sustainable growth through effective sales planning and execution.

Business Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new customer acquisition opportunities.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing structures.
  • Explore partnerships that support brand growth and sustainability initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Support forecasting and budgeting activities.

Brand Promotion & Marketing Support

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.

  • Promote environmentally responsible products and recycling initiatives.
  • Support brand awareness and customer engagement programs.

Education Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing

  • Equivalent Professional Qualification

Additional certifications in sales, business development, marketing, or customer relationship management will be advantageous.

Experience Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional sales experience.
  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive role.
  • Experience managing customer accounts and sales pipelines.
  • Strong background in business development and market expansion.
  • Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, sustainability, recycling, or related sectors is preferred.
