As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. Job Responsibility:

  • Become the local expert, passionately showcasing the best of our destinations, including culture, history, and sustainability
  • Guide guests in discovering and booking excursions and TUI Experiences that perfectly match their holiday needs
  • Escort excursions in our destinations, providing engaging commentary, support, and service along the way
  • Support our guests by answering questions, helping them use the TUI App and website, ensuring a smooth booking journey, from the moment they step foot at the airport
  • Monitor your success through sales achievements and guest feedback, celebrating the positive impact you create
  • Promote sustainability and encourage guests to make a positive impact while travelling

Requirements:

  • Fully conversational in Polish plus English
  • Driving license is mandatory
  • A true people person who loves sharing positivity and connecting with international guests
  • Enthusiastic about culture, travel, and sustainability, with a passion for showing guests the best of our destinations
  • Willing to learn the digital tools and product knowledge required to provide outstanding service
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative – thriving both independently and as part of a diverse team
