Job Overview
Alstom Tunisia is seeking a High Voltage Electrical Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of high-voltage power transmission systems in Kébili. This role is critical to advancing Tunisia’s energy infrastructure and supporting the integration of renewable energy sources into the national grid. Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage electrical systems for power transmission and distribution
- Conduct technical analyses to ensure grid stability and compliance with international standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on renewable energy grid integration projects
- Perform site inspections and troubleshoot electrical infrastructure issues
- Prepare technical documentation and safety protocols for high-voltage operations
Required Skills
- Proficiency in electrical design software (ETAP, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Strong understanding of IEC and IEEE electrical standards
- Experience with smart grid technologies and digital substation systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex power system challenges
- Fluency in Arabic and English for technical communication
Education
