Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution for renewable energy installations
  • Coordinate with engineering teams, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Conduct site assessments and environmental impact analyses
  • Monitor project timelines, costs, and compliance with international standards
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in energy project management (solar/wind preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IEC 61215 and IEC 61701 solar standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software (MS Project)
  • Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and French (English proficiency a plus)
  • Understanding of Tunisian energy regulations and incentives

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred (specialization in Sustainable Energy)
  • Professional certifications (PMP, LEED, or NEBOSH) advantageous

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years managing energy projects in emerging markets
  • Experience with public-private partnerships in Tunisia
  • Track record in securing project funding from international donors

Salary

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses
